does anyone know the name of this movie?

ive been looking for this movie on you tube, ebay, google, dvd stores
you name it! I can not find it! im thinking maybe i might have
remembered the name wrong i seen this movie when i was a kid. ive
always thought the name of it was Teachers Pet. Its a scarry movie
about a evil girl doll that these kids get from someone. the doll has
brown hair and talks. Does anyone know the name of this movie? Its
really old. Thanks alot!!! :)
